 If you suspect your item is faulty, please return it to us at your earliest convenience. Our address is as follows:

We recommend using a special delivery service so that the item is insured and trackable on its way back. Retain your postage receipt and we will reimburse you. Our returns department is incredibly efficient and dedicated to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

 99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but due to the seasonal period some refunds may take slightly longer to process. The returns department will process all refunds as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed, but if after 7 days you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at 0311-1333378

 You may return any unworn, Wrapping should be an intact, undamaged watch, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees).

Any watch that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Please note that we do not accept returns once the watch bracelet has been sized. Rubber straps improperly sized (cut) are not returnable or exchangeable.

Yes, brand-new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer – your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.

Yes, we sell Pre-Owned Watches, you can check your pre-owned section on the website.

Items are shipped by Leopard’s Courier, TCS, and Daewoo Express.

No. All of our watches are 100% genuine products, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer.

Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer.

Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee with the official distributor in the local Market as well.

Our sales representative gave you a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or Leopard’s courier.
